How if it rains?
The tour will go on rain or shine, so be sure to bring an umbrella and a hat.

How if it's stormy?
Our customer care staff will decide by 5:00 p.m. the day before whether it is essential to cancel this activity due to bad weather or other factors, and they will email every participant informing them of their decision. (Refundable)

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the start of the tour are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel after that time frame, you will not be refunded.
We will meet you at the location if you join our tour after a late arrival, but the cost will not be waived.

How to Access to the world cultural heritage site of Miyajima.  
It takes about 10 minutes by ferry to travel from Miyajimaguchi pier to the world cultural heritage site of Miyajima. Two ferry companies operate between Miyajimaguchi and Miyajima island; the JR ferry and the Miyajima Matsudai Kisen.
