The tour will go on rain or shine, so be sure to bring an umbrella and a hat.

How if it's stormy?
Our customer care staff will decide by 5:00 p.m. the day before whether it is essential to cancel this activity due to bad weather or other factors, and they will email every participant informing them of their decision. (Refundable)

We do not recommend our tours for those who for customer's health and safety:

- suffers from heart disease or other serious illnesses

Recommendation for wheelchair users and persons using baby buggies. You'll need to operate your wheelchair alone or with assistance from a carer.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the start of the tour are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel after that time frame, you will not be refunded.
We will meet you at the location if you join our tour after a late arrival, but the cost will not be waived.

Please come to the the Otemon gate of the Imperial Palace East Gardens on your own by the tour meeting time 9:40.
